Deposit Requirements

To confirm your booking, a deposit is required unless otherwise specified or pre-agreed. The deposit amount will be clearly outlined before you proceed with the booking process.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your booking within 7 calendar days of placing the deposit, you are eligible for a full refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation. However, after this 7-day cooling-off period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the week of departure or the day of departure, as per the specific booking details.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made in writing via email. Failure to submit a cancellation in writing may result in the full outstanding balance being charged.

Timeliness and Waiting Policy

Our drivers will wait no longer than 15 minutes past the scheduled collection time. If the group is not ready within this time frame, the vehicle will depart as planned, and no refunds will be issued for any missed service. This does not apply to airport collections.

Food and Drink Policy

For the comfort and cleanliness of all passengers, no food or drink is permitted on our vehicles. Any spillage on board will incur an immediate fine of €150 to cover cleaning costs
